Guestbook or Comment system

The comment system is coming along nicely on my dad's website, where it is functioning as a guestbook seen on Garmt op de Loop.
It has a user system, where users that are logged in can simply post a comment, their name is filled in automaticly. If they have a website in their profile it will be inserted into their comment header.
Furthermore, visitors that do not have an account will be able to input their email address and website link, the website link will of course be rel="noFollow".
spammers, that’s why we can’t have nice things!
On my dad's website, the comment system is used as a guestbook. But it is possible to set any article to be able to receive comments.
